My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was generally comfortable with amenities like a king size bed and air conditioning, but I was disappointed to find bodily fluids on the walls and a lingering smell. The lack of complimentary water was also a downside for me. The broken lounges were a safety hazard.
The hotel is situated in the very lively district of Sukhumvit, offering brilliant value for money and very friendly staff who are incredibly helpful. The dining experience includes favorites from Thai, Western, and Chinese kitchens and is amazingly substantial, making it convenient for guests to access the marketplace after a long day sightseeing. While the grilled fish is a highlight in dining, it is unfortunate that customers may experience poor service due to constant food shortages.
